Emma is a Customer Experience Manager & Accounts Receivable Specialist. Her responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, scheduling new homeowners, processing payments, assisting with invoicing and various administrative tasks. She loves working at Resnick Roofing & Contracting because of the collaborative team environment and interacting with customers on a regular basis. She is certified with GAF, GAF Energy, James Hardie, and Duro-last, and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Capella University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
