As the Quality Control Manager, you will focus on customer satisfaction, workmanship verification, and warranty resolution. While this department does not directly generate revenue, it plays a vital role in protecting the company’s reputation, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will handle warranty tickets and final inspections which have been delegated to you from the Senior Quality Control Manager (SQCM).
